• Grant the Festival a non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited license to review and evaluate such materials for consideration purposes; [cite: 36]

The Festival retains all rights, title, and interest in its own intellectual property, including but not limited to its name, logo, branding, programming concepts, and promotional materials. [cite: 38]

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
